# How to bridge WUD from Hydration to Polkadot AssetHub

This guide shows you how to transfer WUD tokens from the Hydration network to Polkadot AssetHub using the official bridge.

### Step 1: Navigate to Cross-chain Transfers

Go to the **Cross-chain page** on the **Hydration app**: <https://app.hydration.net/cross-chain>

### Step 2: Connect Your Account

Click "**Connect Wallet**" and choose your preferred Polkadot wallet. Then, select the account you want to use for the transaction.

### Step 3: Select Networks and Token

In the bridge interface:

* Under **Source Chain**, select **Hydration**;
* Under **Destination Chain**, select **AssetHub Polkadot**;
* Then, choose **WUD** as the token to bridge.

### Step 4: Enter the amount to Bridge

Enter the amount of WUD you want to transfer to AssetHub.

### Step 5: Complete Transaction&#x20;

Click "**Transfer**" to begin the bridging process and review the details of your transfer before confirming.

Click "**Sign transaction**", the sign the transaction through your wallet and wait for it to be confirmed.
